i)    Is it the same partex group, as we know?
Absolutely, Partex Builders is the sister concern of Partex Star Group which has been familiarized by its flagship brand ‘PARTEX’ since 1962.

ii)    Is your company RAJUK & REHAB registered?
Partex Builders hold its membership with REHAB since 2006 and also has been duly registered with RAJUK as a Real Estate Developer Company.

iii)    What will happen if you can’t complete the project within schedule time?
We are tied in our commitment with the bilateral Deed of Agreement to handover the possession of your Flat within agreed time frame or to compensate you.

iv)    Do you have loan facilities?
Yes, we assist you to obtain loan. Please check details in the Loan Facility’ head.
